Aerotek Administrative Assistant in Redmond, Oregon

Aerotek is seeking an Admin Assistant for a Manufacturing company in Redmond, OR. This position will require solid computer skillsets and customer-service. Those should be comfortable in a general labor/manufacturing setting and working with the front office team/plant managers. The position starts at 20-23$HR and has great benefits with a M-F work week ideally 7:30am start time. Those interested should be looking for long-term growth opportunities and be capable of learning new ERP systems while the company continues to align with other processes.

Description:

• Handles queries via phone, email and general correspondence / must be good with ERP systems and technology

• Sorts and distributes mail

• Organizes and maintains files and databases in a confidential manner

• Drafts, formats and prints relevant documents

• Greets internal and external customers with a pleasant and welcoming attitude

• Scans and emails documents to the corporate office

• Maintains and orders office supplies

• Completes data entry projects and various assignments given

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Must be able to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and any other equipment necessary for the job

• Strong communication skills including in-person, written, e-mail, and telephone

• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, and do what is necessary to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift 50 lbs (e.g., box of printer paper)
