Description:
This company makes the small metal parts for the Toyota vehicles. They have large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines.
The Team Leader-
Execute and monitor controls of shipping operations
Supervising manpower in order to affect on-time delivery and cost
Participates in the establishment of systems, procedures and standards in order to continually exceed customer rising expectations
Determining needed improvements that ensure a very high degree of capability and maximizes productivity and efficiency
Daily Duties-
Execute daily pull requirements
Monitor allocation of manpower resources
Interpret and monitor daily assignment sheets
Coordinate short part recovery/Short List
Control Off/Site and On/Site order staging requirements
Create bills of lading
Understand and monitor Customer Ship Time Schedule
Maintain Off/On Site Shipping Logs
Control and complete Audit Check sheets
