Aerotek CDL Driver in Washougal, Washington
Description:
Will have assigned routes that you run every day and will touch freight daily from loading and unloading
Job duties include:
Will load up own truck with hazardous material that come in bins using a forklift or a riding pallet jack
Work together at the job site with other FTE to get product labeled correctly and will write down in book what is all being transported on that load
Keep track off all hours in their log book
Maintain a clean trailer once loads have been dropped off
Need to be comfortable driving a stick shift as they do not have any automatic trucks
Will run a route out to Medford or Bend and must be comfortable staying over night
Once on the job site, you will also help separate material, help get orders together from customers, and help with keeping organized at the job sites
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Need to had hazmat, class A CDL, and tankers cert to be qualified for this role.
Nice to have, 40 hr hazwhoper cert (company will pay for if needed)
Comfortable driving and staying overnight 1 time a week
