Aerotek Facilities Maintenance Technician in Waunakee, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) inspections on machinery, equipment, and systems, including pneumatic air compressors and HVAC units, according to established schedules.

Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues as needed, including those related to pneumatic air compressors and HVAC systems.

Identify and address potential equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory of supplies.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks effective
