Description:

• Works well with others, fostering a team atmosphere.

• Maintains a clean, safe work area always.

• Comply with all GMP and HAACP requirements.

• Ensures all paperwork is completed timely and accurately. Communicates changes to the next shift.

• Interacts with Mixer to check consistency of dough before Mixer brings dough to the line.

• Frequently checks specifications of product to ensure good product. Checks are then entered into the computer system.

• Ensures only quality product is entering the oven such as raising the cut and stopping transfer belts until problem is resolved.

• Full knowledge of processing equipment and product specifications to make necessary adjustments to keep line running efficiently.

• Monitors equipment for any maintenance-related item that may affect the efficient production of quality products and takes action to resolve problem.

Shifts:

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2p-10p

3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10p-6a

Pay:

$20.75/hr
