Job Title: Machine Operator - Sheet Metal
Job Description
As a Machine Operator in the Sheet Metal department, you will be responsible for operating and setting up various machinery to produce precision components for cleanroom equipment. Your role includes working with equipment such as Mitsubishi Laser Cutter ML3015LV Plus 2, Trumpf punch, brake presses, CNCs, endmills, pipe benders, and wire benders. You will follow engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and use advanced software for programming and nesting of parts. Routine maintenance of machines to maintain optimal functionality and collaboration with the engineering team to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes are also key components of this role. Your commitment to precision, reliability, and quality craftsmanship is crucial.
Hard Skills
Operation and setup of Mitsubishi Laser Cutter ML3015LV Plus 2
Operation of Trumpf punch, brake presses, CNCs, endmills, pipe benders, wire benders
Mastery of advanced software for efficient programming and nesting
Ability to perform routine maintenance on machinery
