Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Day Shift

Job Description

• Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to manage and execute routine maintenance and emergency repairs in our manufacturing setting.

• The candidate will work with specialized equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), diagnose breakdown problems, fit new parts, and ensure machinery operates efficiently.

• The role includes writing maintenance strategies, liaising with various departments, and controlling maintenance tools and material costs while applying 5S practices.

Skills Required

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience with machining and metal fabrication

• Strong electro-mechanical back ground

• Able to suggest and implement design changes

• Understanding of supervising functions and procedures

Work Site

• This is a fully on-site position in ALGODONES, New Mexico.

Schedule and Pay

• Work hours are 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.

• Pay is $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr depending on experience
