Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join our team in Alexandria, VA. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing a team and managing the production process within a manufacturing environment. We have openings on both 1st shift and 2nd shift. The role involves overseeing routine production activities, scheduling and monitoring operations, assigning personnel, solving issues on the production floor, ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness, and improving employee efficiency to maximize production output and profits. Candidates will report to upper management and executives to troubleshoot problems and find new ways to increase department efficiency. The work environment involves a facility that produces frozen croissants, and candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions. The position requires approximately 50 hours per week, including one weekend day.
