Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate, where your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of cheese location and quantity, and ensuring compliance with all safety, HACCP, and GMP policies. You will play a crucial role in our Wheel Production-Hooping process by filling cheese wheel molds with curd, monitoring cheese wheel size, stacking and flipping wheels, removing cheese from molds, and maintaining accurate wheel weights and counts. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the production area and equipment, palletizing finished wheels, transferring cheese to other production areas using a forklift, and managing the sanitation of hoops and lids.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 480 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Antigo, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

As a food manufacturer specializing in cheese, adherence to strict GMPs is required, including wearing a hair net, beard net, non-slip steel-toe footwear, and full-length pants. The work schedule is from 4 PM to 2 AM, covering 4 days with 3 days off.
