Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Operator

Job Description

We are actively seeking candidates to join our team as 2nd Shift Production Operators. This role involves carrying out various functions in the pharmaceutical production process. The successful candidates will ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities may vary in scope, sequence, complexity, and timing. You will also be required to meet Quality Assurance (QA) standards and production deadlines. On-the-job training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in this role.

Hard Skills

  • Familiarity with GMP

  • Ability to follow SOPs

  • Experience in manufacturing (preferred, not required)

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 600 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chantilly, Virginia.

Work Environment

The work schedule includes Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime. Training will be conducted from 8:30am to 5:00pm for the first month. Regular shift hours are from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
