Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic Global Service team, responsible for the implementation and customer acceptance of products worldwide. This role involves extensive travel across the United States, Canada, and globally. As a Service Technician, you will provide troubleshooting for our product line, onsite installation support, hands-on training to skill trades/maintenance team members, production support/operator training, and interface with the engineering team to ensure product safety and operation. You will also manage documentation control, mechanical changes through service reports, and communicate the scope of work with customers prior to service visits.

Work Environment
Our facility is 10 years old and maintained in immaculate condition. Located in a machine shop setting, while it is clean for those standards, candidates must be prepared to work in conditions where they can get dirty and deal with higher noise levels.
