Job Description
As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for picking products and transporting them to the dock. Your primary tasks will involve operating a reach truck, cherry picker, and stand-up tow motor, ensuring the right quantity and right product are checked off on the dock, handling LTL freight, and maintaining a high pace in a dynamic environment. You will spend approximately 85% of your day on a tow motor, actively engaging with the dock about items being dropped off, and scanning and picking items from a screen and pick tickets. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working at heights as you will be operating the cherry picker frequently.
Hard Skills
Experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, and stand-up tow motors
Proficient in using RF scanners
Ability to follow pick tickets and handle LTL logistics

Work Environment
You will be working in a 192,000 square feet distribution center with 58 total employees. The environment is clean, organized, and large, with open doors that make it cold in winter and warmer in summer. The pace is very fast, requiring efficiency and attention to detail.
