Job Description

Your role will involve representing the company at a customer production site, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site managers. Your tasks will include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance. You will also handle inbound shipments, verify supplier returns and enter order receipts, relocate and consolidate material, and prepare and assemble packing lists. A vital part of your role will be to act as a liaison in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs to support customer requirements. A focus on exceeding customer expectations and upholding company values is essential.
Hard Skills
Recent years of sit-down forklift experience
Pallet jack / boom lift experience
Experience interfacing with customers / high-level leadership
Computer proficiency
Experience working within ERP systems

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Austin, Texas.
Work Environment
You will be working in a warehouse storage environment, which includes both climate-controlled portions and non-climate controlled receiving areas. You will be part of a team of approximately 5-10 people. The work schedule operates on an A/B/C/D shift setup with various day and night shifts available. The position requires specific attire including pants, steel toes, and a t-shirt.
