Job Title: HVAC Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Mechanic to join our team in downtown Baltimore. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to tenant requests, performing repairs, and carrying out preventative maintenance of building systems. Tasks include troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance to all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and finishes. The role also involves performing basic preventative building and grounds maintenance, coordinating and monitoring access for subcontractors performing maintenance or repair work, and carrying out light repairs with plumbing. You will also be responsible for maintaining all tools, parts, and supplies in an organized manner and informing the Chief Building Technician of any needs for replacement, restocking, or repair of items.

Work Environment

  • This role is based in a High Rise Building setting where you will be working with a team of 10 technicians. The work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
