Job Title: Setup and Maintenance Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the Setup and Maintenance department. This entry-level position involves assisting with the removal and setup of die/tooling for machine runs, including disconnecting and connecting wires and hoses, and selecting and placing new tooling. Additional duties include cleaning plastic residues and occasionally working in assembly or quality control. The role requires flexibility to adapt to various tasks as needed.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Work Environment

This position operates on a Night Shift with a 2-2-3 schedule from 7pm to 7am. The work environment is hot, loud, and features a persistent smell of hot plastic, which can be challenging. The facility is not climate-controlled. Dress code includes t-shirts, hoodies without strings, and proper pants or shorts that are not too tight or short, paired with closed-toe rubber sole shoes. No dangling jewelry is allowed, and tattoos and hair color must not be offensive.
