Aerotek Supply Chain Supervisor 28-39HRLY Day Shift in Bend, Oregon

Aerotek is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor for a large company in Central Oregon. This position is high-level and requires candidates to demonstrate a proven track record of leadership, solid tenure, effective communication, and ability to work with technology. Ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing employees that provide replenished supplies to hospital / clinic departments. Candidates will establish and maintain health relationships with customers, understand needs/flow of supplies, manage par levels, completed audits/cycle counts and balance light HR duties of orientation/onboarding, performance evaluations, scheduling etc. Duties include, but not limited to:

Ensures daily supply receiving, warehouse stocking, order picking, department delivery and department stocking is completed timely, accurately and thoroughly by team

Serves as primary customer (hospital or clinic department) point of contact for supply-related issues and initiatives

Understands each supply stock location in customer department, needs of the department, nature of the patient care provided and the related supply types and critical items

Proficiently uses information systems, Epic and Workday, for inventory management, reporting and analysis

Participates in all meetings, customer daily management systems, and data/applications support/analysis

Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the inventory quantities, unit of measure and values

Implements and maintains inventory storage and management techniques (i.e., two bin, Kanban, etc.) and Cycle Counts

Provides supervisory level direction and support in planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the business unit/department he/she is responsible for, occasionally through subordinate leads. Set clear expectations, resolve problems/obstacles in timely fashion & hit benchmarks

Ensures staff is meeting production requirements by addressing problems and obstacles in a timely fashion

Adjusts work schedule as needed to assure best use of resources at all hours of operations. The work schedule may include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Through the analysis of data and reports, monitor quality and productivity of staff ensuring essential functions are delivered timely and our key performance indicators and financial goals are achieved consistently.

Monitor timecards, ETO requests, FMLA/OFLA/other absences utilizing Kronos timekeeping system and established SCHS and departmental policies.

Assists with budget development, regular monitoring, accountability and meeting all operational targets for all areas within span of control

Supports Value Improvement Practice (VIP- Lean) principles of continuous improvement with energy and enthusiasm, functioning as a champion of change.

Conducts all activities with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, supporting the organization's corporate integrity efforts by acting in an ethical and appropriate manner, reporting known or suspected violation of applicable rules, and cooperating fully with all organizational investigations and proceedings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

LEAN Leadership

Preferred - 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, management or materials management experience

Preferred- 7+ yrs of healthcare or supply chain setting experience

Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse population and professionally represent company

Strong team working and collaborative skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of Caregivers. Must be able to round on Caregivers throughout all campuses. Demonstrated strong commitment to customer service.

Ability to performs basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide) calculations & Performs intermediate to advanced math (analysis, statistics, significant data or number manipulation).

Intermediate ability and experience in computer applications, specifically MS Office
