Job Title: Machine Attendant
Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator/Attendant, where you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, conducting quality control inspections, and applying problem-solving skills to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations. This position offers a structured pay increase system, with the starting hourly rate at $18.77 and regular increases every 6 months, reaching $22.08 when at full rate. You will have the opportunity for three advancements in your role based on seniority.

Work Environment
This role is set in an industrial, manufacturing environment. You will frequently work around heavy machinery, industrial ovens, and mobile equipment in conditions that vary from hot and humid to cold, depending on the operation and season. The environment includes high noise levels, vibrations, fumes, and the presence of airborne particles. It is mandatory to wear personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes, ear protection, eye protection, gloves, and head protection, with dust masks or respirators required in certain areas. The working schedule involves a 28-day cycle, alternating between day and night shifts, comprising a total of 14 working days per month.
