Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
Join our team as a Construction Laborer and work alongside skilled craft workers, utilizing hand and power tools such as tape measures, levels, and hammers. Your responsibilities will include pouring concrete, assisting with building forms, and maintaining general site organization and cleanliness by moving materials on the jobsite.
Hard Skills
Experience with hand and power tools
Ability to lift 50lbs on a repeated basis
Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet

This is a fully on-site position in Bloomfield, New York.
Work Environment
As a top mason contractor, we specialize in concrete and masonry work for new commercial building construction. You will report to the jobsite daily. Our work culture thrives under the guidance and hands-on involvement of our leadership, ensuring that all employees are treated well, safe, and consistently trained. Our team currently consists of 20 field workers, with plans to scale up to over 40 employees this year due to a massive backlog. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
