Aerotek Cleaner - Paid Weekly in Bloomington, Indiana

Hiring cleaners for state university in Bloomington, Indiana!

Pay : $15 an hour

Shifts Available : Afternoons and overnight

Job Description

  • We are seeking cleaners & custodians to maintain cleanliness and functionality in our campus facilities.

  • You are expected to take ownership of your work, performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming floors, ramps, and stairs, cleaning and supplying restrooms, gathering and emptying recycling and trash, cleaning and polishing fixtures, and replacing light bulbs.

  • You will also be expected to clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, mix water and detergents or acids to prepare cleaning solutions, dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment, steam clean or shampoo carpets, strip, seal, finish, and polish floors, and clean, replace, and hang blinds, drapes, and entrance mats.

  • Additionally, you will be responsible for clearing sidewalks, drives, and adjacent areas, shoveling snow, locking and unlocking buildings, maintaining awareness of facilities, reporting abnormalities or security concerns, identifying and reporting needed building repairs.

  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
