Job Description

The main function of a Production Supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. Key responsibilities include recommending measures to motivate employees, improving production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency. You will also review operations, resolve production or processing problems, and develop production tracking and quality control systems. Additional tasks involve hiring, training, evaluating staff, and maintaining production reports and personnel records. The role requires you to be actively involved on the floor, managing safety issues, and assisting with improvement projects. You will manage a team of 15-20 members and 2 team leaders, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to production schedules.
