Quality Control Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Technician to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards by inspecting incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance.
Examine in-process assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Evaluate finished products for defects and compliance with specifications.
Utilize a microscope for detailed inspections.
Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics accurately.
Work with epoxies as part of the quality control process.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a cleanroom environment.
Essential Skills
3+ years of quality experience in aerospace, electronics, semiconductor, or electro-mechanical assembly.
Proficiency in using microscopes for inspections.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Willingness to cross-train across the business.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a smaller team.
Work Environment
Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
