Aerotek General Production Worker in Bowling Green, Kentucky

Job Title: Operator

Job Description

We are seeking skilled operators to join our team. Responsibilities include loading materials onto the machine, setting a slitter machine, reading tape measures to ensure product meet customer specifications, and utilizing a pallet jack to move pallets of products to the staging area. Operators will also be required to adjust machine parameters using the screen interface.

Hard Skills

  • Ability to read a tape measure

  • Manufacturing/machine operator experience

  • Ability to make adjustments to machines

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Visual accuracy

  • Operational efficiency

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Work Environment

You will work independently on your line with others nearby on different lines. The environment is temperature-controlled & the facility is kept clean. Dress code includes jeans or work-appropriate shorts, tee shirts, and steel-toed shoes. Safety glasses, ear plugs, and cut-proof gloves are provided. Training takes place on the day shift during the first week.
