Job Description
Join our team as a Press Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. Your responsibilities will include viewing products and inspecting them for quality assurance, completing quality assurance sheets, assisting operators with machine operation and setups/changeovers.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Work Environment
Work among a team of approximately 50 people per shift, spaced throughout the department, ensuring a comfortable and spacious environment. You will operate very independently on your line, with other colleagues nearby on other lines. The work environment is temperature-controlled, though the role can be physically demanding and may involve getting dirty. Dress code includes jeans or work-appropriate shorts, tee-shirts, and steel-toed shoes. Safety equipment such as glasses, ear plugs required. Initial training is conducted on the day shift for the first week, with subsequent shifts being either 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM, Monday - Friday) or 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday - Thursday).
