Automotive Painter
Pay Rate: $26.00-$34.00 | Milton, ON
Job Description
My Client is seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team in the truck body division. The successful candidate will work in a paint booth, preparing, painting, and finishing truck body parts. This role involves conducting quality checks, reporting on mil thickness, and adhering to paint specification requirements.
Hard Skills
3-5 years of experience in a paint booth
Experience with wet paint pressure pot application
Quality checks and mil thickness reporting
Ability to read paint specification requirements
Nice to have
Automotive painting experience (preferred)
310B certification (preferred)
Experience applying PPG Delfleet evolution product (preferred)
Work Environment
The work environment is a very clean and well-lit paint booth.
Candidates will need to be comfortable wearing a full coverall suit and mask.
The position operates during the afternoon shift from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Thursday.
Compensation ranges from $26 to $34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
