Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team. This pivotal role comes with a competitive salary and relocation assistance. The successful candidate will have a strong experience in industrial maintenance and a proven track record of managing large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure smooth departmental operations.

  • Ensure the completion of key objectives and metrics within the maintenance department.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and repairs, ensuring all activities comply with relevant codes and regulations.

  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial maintenance operations.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and repair practices.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
