Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team. This pivotal role comes with a competitive salary and relocation assistance. The successful candidate will have a strong experience in industrial maintenance and a proven track record of managing large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Ensure the completion of key objectives and metrics within the maintenance department.
Maintain strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and repairs, ensuring all activities comply with relevant codes and regulations.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and insights on maintenance activities and progress.
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial maintenance operations.
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and repair practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
