Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for mechanical troubleshooting, making 2-3 repairs nightly, and performing preventative maintenance tasks. Your duties include repairing and maintaining conveyor systems, lift trucks, powered equipment, dock plates, truck restraints, and overhead doors. Additionally, you will handle repairs and maintenance to facility electrical and lighting systems, HVAC systems, including both office and warehouse units. You will often work independently due to the size of the facility.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Brownsburg, Indiana.
Work Environment
The role operates in a second shift from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with a shift differential of $1. Weekend shifts are available from Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM) with a $2.50 shift differential. Initial training occurs on the first shift for 4-5 months, Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The facility is well-ventilated and heated during the winter, spans 800,000 sq. ft, and maintains a relaxed dress code with jeans, plain T-shirts, and regular tennis shoes.
