Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a subject matter expert and valuable member of our production team. You will report directly to the Distillery Plant Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining the industrial equipment necessary for product production. Your responsibilities will include performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will follow safety measures, predictive, and preventive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of business goals. In addition, you will also assist in daily operations and direction of the maintenance function, setting priorities, troubleshooting potential issues that could affect production schedules, acting as a lead on designated activities, and interfacing with operators and external contacts to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1040 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Buda, Texas.

Work Environment

You will be working in a distribution center, primarily independently. This is a 2nd Shift Opportunity. Your hours will be approximately 2pm-midnight from Monday to Thursday, with some day shift hours on Friday. Friday hours could vary but will likely be around 10am-2 or 3pm. You will start on the first shift for training, which is expected to last at least 3 weeks but could extend to three months depending on your aptitude and speed of learning. After training, you will transition to the 2nd shift.
