Aerotek Concrete Foreman in Buffalo, New York
Description:
Specialty contractor in WNY is in search of concrete foreman to lead crews through year round commercial projects. Foreman will support projects that are often prevailing rate.
Full medical benefits, PTO, and 401k available upon hire. Minimal travel within WNY region may be necessary.
Skill Recommendations:
Previous experience with commercial concrete
Project or personnel management experience
Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
Ability to pull scree, run a float, set up forms, and set forms
Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial concrete projects
Oversee a team of laborers and finishers
Schedule and manage materials and employees
Will be expected to participate in all portions of project including tear outs, form set up, and finishing
Manage equipment use
Shift : Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm
Overtime available
Wage : $30-$45/hr pending experience
Prevailing rate work on 75% of yearly projects
