Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Buffalo, New York
Description:
Make ready / turnover units
Routine maintenance including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC
Apartment renovation & demolition
Preventative maintenance
Perform emergency on-call services for after hours maintenance-related issues
Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent drywall or plumbing skills
Working understanding of trades in order to install light fixtures, switches, outlets, toilets, sinks, plumbing lines, etc.
Skilled at organizing work, managing time, and following through on details
Any additional certification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc) will be considered an advantage
