Job Description
Join our team as a Reach Operator and take on the responsibility of operating equipment to efficiently load and unload vehicles, transport material, and prepare loads for delivery on the night shift. Your role will involve picking orders, replenishing, and putting away pallets in various temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerated areas (1 – 4 degrees Celsius) and freezers (-19 degrees Celsius). You will also be responsible for product verification, rotation, and completing necessary documentation in a timely manner while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.

This is a fully on-site position in Calgary, Alberta.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging from 1 - 4 degrees Celsius and a freezer at -19 degrees Celsius. The team consists of 6 - 10 reach operators who work closely together in a supportive and community-focused setting. Night shift hours are Sunday - Thursday from 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM with potential for extended shifts up to 10 hours. Additional coverage may be needed for the afternoon shift from Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. The starting pay rate is $21.89 per hour, with a night premium of $1.30, raising the rate to $23.19 during night hours.
