Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team on a long-term basis, with the potential for direct hire. The role involves assembling batteries for large vehicles. Responsibilities include transporting batteries on a pallet jack, assembling using various tools such as drills and torque wrenches, and adhering to blueprints and work instructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and mechanical aptitude, high attention to detail, and basic computer skills. No soldering is required.

Hard Skills

  • Basic computer navigation (Google Sheets, Excel)

  • Measurement tools usage (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in CAMARILLO, California.

Work Environment

The workspace accommodates about 60 people, all required to wear PPE, steel-toed boots, jeans, and a smock, with no jewelry allowed. The facility is a brand new building.
