Aerotek MACHINE OPERATOR DP START ASAP 2ND SHIFT Or 3RD in Cannon Falls, Minnesota

2ND SHIFT / $21-24 / 2:40-11PM

3RD SHIFT / $22-26 / 10:40PM-7:00AM

Job Description: Extrusion Operator:

(1. Will start by learning the packaging Aspect of the job)

-Package parts on extrusion lines (May package multiple lines

(2.After learn the packaging aspect of job will start to be trained on quality aspects of job and the quality equipment and tools)

-Perform Quality Checks and record on the lines being packaged.

(3. After learn the quality area they will start to be trained on how to tear down and set up machines)

-Read and understand blue prints and job package.

-Read counters, change lengths, and maintain records.

-Ensure area is clean and tools are accounted for.

-Preventative Maintenance.

Must Haves:

  • -All candidates must be able to read, speak and write in English, be computer literate (all of our production lines have computer work stations at them)

  • -Mechanical Aptitude

  • -Understand some basic Math

  • -Good attendance

  • -Ability to work OT when mandatory

Employee Value / Benefits:

  • <1 year - up to 80 hours

  • 1-2 year - up to 104 hours

  • 3-4 years - up to 120

  • 5-9 years - up to 144 hours
