Job Description

Great opportunity in Carlisle! We are seeking Warehouse Associates who are eager to start in a dynamic role with rapid advancement opportunities. Initially, you will engage in shipping activities, including building pallets, packing, and preparing products for shipment. Progression opportunities include moving up to sortation, where you will sort and box products, and eventually to picking orders using an RF scan gun, with training provided on equipment. This position offers a clear path to permanent employment for those looking to establish a long-term career.

Hard Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • RF scan gun operation.

  • Equipment handling.

Work Environment

The position starts at $17/hr with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Although overtime is not available, the structured schedule supports work-life balance. A walk-through tour is provided before starting.

Shifts:

  • Friday - Sunday (5am - 3:30pm)

  • Thursday - Sunday (5am - 3:30)

Pay:

  • $17 (All Shifts)
