Job Title: Cheese Maker
Job Description
Responsible for interpreting the recipe formulas, mixing the ingredients, and operating the equipment in the cheese-making process. Tasks include blending, pasteurizing, homogenizing, and pH balancing all cream cheese products. Assist with maintaining inventory of ingredients and packaging for co-pack products by alerting the cream cheese supervisor. Retrieve, measure, and return ingredients as needed.

Work Environment
Shift: 12 hour shifts (2 week rotating) 6:00 am - 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (2 on 3 off & 3 on 2 off). The role is based in an 80,000 square foot warehouse operating 24-7 with an enclosed cheese room responsible for managing ingredients and machines.
