Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Job Description
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations associated with the operation of the Quality Assurance team. This includes overseeing a team of Quality Technicians and assisting in regulatory audits to ensure company compliance. Other key tasks include supervising the QA team, from scheduling and direction to training, evaluation, and coaching. You'll also assist with the monitoring, enforcement, revisions, development, and implementation of quality and food safety programs. Root-cause analysis to resolve product quality issues will be a regular part of your role, as well as the maintenance of required certifications for employees and the facility, equipment calibrations, and quality records. Facility audits to monitor compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements will also fall under your purview.
