Job Description
Provide daily support and guidance to employees and involved managers as needed.
Assist with hourly staffing requirements and ensures the needs are met with high caliber employees.
Assist in leading change initiatives to foster an environment of sustained improvements related to the overall employee experience by methodically and assisting in aggressively implementing repeatable and efficient processes for the employee and the business.
Implement and administer employee policies.
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment transactions.
Assist with regular or spot audits of employment transactions (hires, terminations, position changes).
Own and efficiently transact certain segments of the employee transaction in the HRIS / and payrolling systems, as well as managing related compliance and records.
Formally and informally educate and train hiring managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and processes.
Engages and aligns local HR resources on business strategy, HR agenda and related deliverables.
Facilities the sites HR processes related to facilitating compensation, benefits, recruitment, retention, and performance management by working with COE's and within framework.
