Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

Join us as a Construction Laborer in our dedicated team. You will assist in providing temporary liquid handling solutions, including pumps, tanks, filtration, and spill containment for various projects. These projects range from flood relief to construction site dewatering, sewer bypasses, and industrial plant turnarounds. Your responsibilities include the installation, inspection, repair, and servicing of piping and filtration systems at various job sites. You will assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment, examine and test installed systems and pipelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining company tools and supplies, and using hand and power tools to modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, pumps, and related machines and equipment.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 180 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chandler, Arizona.

Work Environment

You will start your day at our shop, assisting with any loading/unloading of materials and equipment, and then travel with a crew of 3 to different commercial job sites, such as TSMC, substations, power stations, and industrial sites. Our job sites are all commercial and some environments can be dirty (sewage bypasses). We operate from Marana to Flagstaff. You will not need to drive your own vehicle and if out of town stay is required, we will cover your per diem. Our start time varies between 4am-6am depending on the job site. We maintain a work-life balance with no weekend work, and while there may be some overtime hours, we mostly operate on a 40-hour work week.

  • Growth potential: 3 different level to Technicians. Tech I, Tech II, Tech III. Can progress and receive pay increases at each level. Tech I= $18-19. Tech II = $20-22, Tech III = $23+.
