Aerotek Quality Inspector 1st & 2nd Shift in CHANDLER, Arizona

Job Title: Quality Inspector - 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet rigorous standards of quality and safety. You will perform a variety of inspections, checks, and tests across different stages of the manufacturing process. This role requires a detailed-oriented approach to inspect raw materials, components, fabricated or manufactured parts, and assemblies. You will generate detailed inspection and nonconformance reports, ensure documents are accurate and compliant, and provide support on quality related issues to various departments, suppliers, and customers.

Hard Skills

  • Raw materials, components, fabricated/manufactured parts & assemblies inspection

  • First Piece/First Article, Receiving/incoming inspection, in-process, final inspection

  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)

  • Measurement of complex components, assemblies, and enclosures

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

  • Auditing Quality Control processes

  • Interfacing and providing support on quality related issues

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in CHANDLER, Arizona.

Work Environment

This position is for the 2nd shift, operating from 2:30 PM to 11 PM. Candidates must be open to working overtime and weekends. A 10% shift premium is provided for the 2nd shift.
