Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The role involves maintaining and operating manufacturing equipment, accurately weighing and combining raw materials, completing work orders, and adhering to cGMP and safety procedures. The ideal candidate should work well independently or as part of a team and strictly follow procedures.

Hard Skills

• Maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment

• Weighing raw materials and active ingredients

• Batch record documentation per cGMP

• Completion of cGMP and safety training

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work alone or in a team

• Adherence to procedures

Work Environment

This is an entry-level role requiring a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous general production experience is preferred. The position requires comfort with repetitive tasks and the ability to sit/stand in the same place for the entire shift.
