Job Title: Formulation Technician I
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for performing operations related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. This includes equipment set-up, operation, clean-up, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory cGMP requirements and company policies. Your tasks will involve learning the manufacturing and/or packaging process through approved batch records, work instructions, and SOPs, setting up and operating various manufacturing and packaging equipment, and maintaining work areas in accordance with safety and efficiency standards.
Hard Skills
High School Diploma
1 year experience in manufacturing environment
Ability to follow cGMP and regulatory requirements
Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
Mechanical proficiency in disassembling and reassembling equipment
Basic reading comprehension and math skills
Prior computer operation experience
Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and materials
Soft Skills
Effective written and oral communication
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Keen to identify safety, quality, and efficiency improvements
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Cincinnati, Ohio.
