Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
Join our team as a MIG Welder with opportunities available for both entry-level and mid-level experienced professionals. We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $19 to $23, based on your experience and ability to pass the D1.3 and D1.1 welding tests. In this role, you will perform MIG welding, fabrication, and finishing tasks on steel storage/shipping containers. The containers are both fabricated and repaired on-site, moving through multiple departments via an automated conveyor system.
Hard Skills
MIG welding (GMAW process)
Knowledge of oxy/acetylene and plasma cutter use
Ability to read tape measures and basic print reading
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and grinders
Soft Skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Effective communication skills
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
Work Environment
Production Welding environment with shifts available on 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm, Mon - Fri) and 2nd shift (1:30pm - 12am, Mon - Thu). Training may also occur during the second shift.
