Hiring for Production Operators in Clarksville, TN!
Job Description:
Seeking a skilled Production Operators to run the thermoforming lid line in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. The operator will be trained across six distinct areas of the line, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the entire operation. Responsibilities include identifying any line issues or hold-ups, monitoring machine temperatures using various gauges, and packing materials during downtime or as necessary. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining quality and efficiency in a dynamic production environment.
Pay:
$23.73/hour + $1 differential
Pay increases every 6 months with good attendance and performance
Shift:
1st shift: 6am-6pm
3rd shift 6pm-6am
12 hours shifts
2-2-3 Schedule (Must work every-other weekend)
Will be training on 1st shift for the first 3 months (Will switch the 3rd shift if comfortable)
Requirements:
Must be heavily manically inclined
Previous manufacturing or similar experience (Ex. Car Mechanic)
Must be good with computers, troubleshooting, simple math, and multitasking
