Aerotek Production Operator in Clarksville, Tennessee

Hiring for Production Operators in Clarksville, TN!

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Production Operators to run the thermoforming lid line in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. The operator will be trained across six distinct areas of the line, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the entire operation. Responsibilities include identifying any line issues or hold-ups, monitoring machine temperatures using various gauges, and packing materials during downtime or as necessary. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining quality and efficiency in a dynamic production environment.

Pay:

  • $23.73/hour + $1 differential

  • Pay increases every 6 months with good attendance and performance

Shift:

  • 1st shift: 6am-6pm

  • 3rd shift 6pm-6am

  • 12 hours shifts

  • 2-2-3 Schedule (Must work every-other weekend)

  • Will be training on 1st shift for the first 3 months (Will switch the 3rd shift if comfortable)

Requirements:

  • Must be heavily manically inclined

  • Previous manufacturing or similar experience (Ex. Car Mechanic)

  • Must be good with computers, troubleshooting, simple math, and multitasking
