Job Title: Die Setter
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and attentive Die Setter who will be responsible for managing all mold changes according to the production schedule, including emergency changes. The role involves setting up molds and related functions such as watering, knockout, hot runner set-up, and managing hydraulics and pneumatics systems. You will adjust molding press parameters as needed, repair any fluid or air leaks relating to the mold, and handle the installation and removal of auxiliary equipment. Additionally, you will maintain the mold storage area, ensure all mold-setting supplies are properly managed, and complete all necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
