Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines including lathes and mills. The role requires reading and interpreting blueprints, process instructions, and technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods. Responsibilities include selecting, loading, and testing programs, modifying them as necessary, and making adjustments to machine feeds, speeds, and axis points. The machinist will monitor operations, check parts for accuracy, respond to alarms, and use precision measuring instruments to maintain accurate dimensions and quality standards. Compliance with all safety policies and participation in team efforts to achieve departmental goals are essential.
PAY: $25 - $45 an hour

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Savannah, Georgia.
Work Environment
The work environment is a fabrication shop equipped with top-tier equipment. It is very team-oriented, requiring all employees to collaborate on custom projects. Regular hours vary with seasons, including extended hours during peak seasons (spring and fall) and potential night shifts. The dress code includes work boots, jeans, polo shirts, and eye protection.
