MIG Welder | Direct Hire | Shifts: 1st, 2nd, Weekend | $22-26+HR
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding various materials and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. This role requires adherence to lean manufacturing initiatives, quality standards, and safety protocols. The successful candidate will also be responsible for general welding and shop duties as needed.
Responsibilities
Weld various parts in different materials.
Conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements.
Understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Perform grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy fuel and hand plasma).
Adhere to lean manufacturing initiatives, quality requirements, and safety programs.
Carry out general welding and shop duties as needed.

Work Environment
Our facility features the largest Roll Forming & Press Brake machine in the Northern Hemisphere. You will work under the direction of the Team Manager, responsible for safely producing quality parts in a timely manner. With three large machining centers, there are potential growth opportunities to learn multiple different machining centers. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $60320.00
