Aerotek CNC Machinist in Clinton, Tennessee

Description:

Produces machined parts by loading program, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine safely and accurately; Maintaining quality and safety standards; Must have hands-on knowledge of tooling for steel machining. Must have good working knowledge/understanding of feeds & speeds for large industrial machines. Must have experience in sawing, drilling, & milling. Must have a good working knowledge/understanding of chip load requests for milling operations. Must have experience with 5-Axis Milling machines. Must have good problem solving & troubleshooting skills. Must have the ability to mentor junior operators. Must have experience with a variety of operating systems Maintaining PM checks and needed tools and supplies at the work station.
