Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for creating first article inspections and in-process inspection reports. Your role will include operating inspection equipment in the QC department, programming CMM and other automated inspection equipment, and performing PPAPs as required by customers. You will facilitate the customer returns process, including any necessary rework, and coordinate the gauge calibration program. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal departments to collect samples, complete standardized and experimental tests using various lab instruments, and work closely with the research and development team to fulfill daily tasks. Your responsibilities will also involve reporting test findings, working with hazardous chemicals with adherence to safety procedures, handling manual and power tools safely, and creating quality reports. You will maintain the shelf life program and error tracking database, and prepare quality reporting packages for monthly reviews.

Pay: $22/hr
