Welder – 4 Day Work Week – Benefits Day 1
Location: Snyder, Nebraska
Shift: Monday – Thursday (6am – 4:30pm) OT Friday
Pay: $23 - $27/HR ( Based on experience )
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced TIG Welder to join our team in Snyder, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, with a focus on TIG welding techniques, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform TIG welding on various metal components used in the construction of fire trucks.
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
· Inspect and test completed welds to ensure structural integrity.
· Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Certification in TIG welding or relevant experience.
· Proven experience as a TIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.
