A large manufacturing facility in Concord, NC is seeking skilled Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidate must have experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Job Description:
Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements on motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, coupling and motor alignment, roller chain/sprockets alignment, conveyor systems, and production machines
Capable of following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications
Trouble shooting and problem-solving mechanical and electrical issues on all production machines
Maintains communication among work teams by documenting actions, communicating problems, and any concerns or issues as well as change overs or down times
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
