A large manufacturing facility in Concord, NC is seeking skilled Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidate must have experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Job Description:

  • Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements on motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, coupling and motor alignment, roller chain/sprockets alignment, conveyor systems, and production machines

  • Capable of following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications

  • Trouble shooting and problem-solving mechanical and electrical issues on all production machines

  • Maintains communication among work teams by documenting actions, communicating problems, and any concerns or issues as well as change overs or down times

  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
