Aerotek Administrative Specialist in Craig, Colorado

Description:

  • Administrative coordinator/specialists will be working on a solar site in Craig Colorado. Specialists will work closely with and support the QA/QC manager, EH&S Manager, site manager, superintendents, and project mangers.

  • Will do administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, weekly/monthly reporting, coordinating meetings/schedules, assisting with material orders and deliveries, etc.

  • Will need to be flexible and willing to help with a variety of administrative and office functions.

  • Will also consider a junior level project engineer or someone looking to gain experience in the construction management world.

Pay and schedule:

  • $25-$28/hr (depending on experience)

  • Paid weekly

  • Monday-Friday
